The band recorded these materials fot the release of 'Hen House Sessions,' but they decided to release these tunes through their independent label, when they came to know this Hen House Sessions never be released. Some of these sound really live, but some tunes sound obviously studio-recorded materials. There is no mention about which is live or which is not.

In spite of all these frustrated background, these songs in this album are really great. We see 'Skank N' Go Nutts', 'Premadawnutt' which will be included in 'Still Stuck in Your Throat.' These songs are really great. Arramgement of these tunes area different from SSIYT, but there are another kind of taste here. And 'Are U Wit It,' which they offten played at that time, sounds great.

We can see how much tough and attractive band this band is through this album. In the last, audience's 'Fishbone is redhot!' call grabbed my heart.
